    I have used the pacer poles for two caminos. If you have arthritis in your hands or wrists they are well worth the investment! I used padded bike gloves because I would often use them almost like crutches when knees bothering me.

    We were there on Sunday June 18th and it swung at both the 9:30 and 12:00 masses. If a group is arriving they will pay to have it swing. On June 18th, Bucknell Univiversity sponsored the botafumeiro at noon.

    We had a direct am flight June 20 th on Iberia. Am flight cancelled so ended up taking Vueling via Barcelona. Worked well but checked bag got lost for a day. Train and bus took too long for us

    Luggage Transfer Service

    I am on the camino now. We stayed at Pension Fernández and it was wonderful! I have also stayed at El Paso, it is open and is lovely with very attentive hosts.

    Womens wide feet trekking shoes

    I find the Keen boots best for wide feet. These were too hot in early September 2019. I finished my camino in Hoka one one sneakers with good tread, they were lighter and excellent cushioning. They also have a trail shoe that is waterproof, but not as cushioned as the trail sneakers. Good luck!
