Yep t-mobile has good plans for us numbers. Costa Rica last year had the basic, so could text/WhatsApp for free and data was just about good enough for maps most of the time. We have upgraded to the plus plan, includes 5gb hi speed , 256kbs speed after that, texts free, non us calls...- PhilipKent
