    I had a strange experience on my Camino in 2012, I think it was the third day. and after a couple of days of difficult walking especially over col de Napoleon which had alot of snow, I was quite exhausted. whilst going through some muddy woods near Larrasoona, I stopped and was really at an end...

    Showers...

    I completed the camino from SJP to santiago on may 12th. it took me 33 days I can say that in that time I only saw people showering in the morning about twice. Everone tends to shower after the long daily walk.which is usually around 2pm onwards. I never had one morning shower.

    How much money should I need for the entire pilgrimage?

    Just finished the camino from st jean to santiago on12th may. on average I spent between 25 and 30 euros on accomodation and food per day. Can be done for less but a good meal each evening is essential and that cost about 8-10 euros.
