Hi all, arriving in to St Jean around 9ish on Sunday evening and planning to start the Camino on Monday morning. I'm just wondering, would it be worth delaying the start for a day, in order to explore St Jean? Also, on equipment, is it necessary to bring a towel? Thanks, Raymey- Raymey42

Camino Frances Summer 2013
Planning on doing the Camino Frances this summer. Bit of a last minute thing, so, contrary to what I've just said, there has been very little planning! I do a lot of running, so I'd regard myself fairly fit, but it is a fair bit of walking everyday. I'm just wondering, am I mad to take this on...- Raymey42
