    Should or shouldn't I bring a camera (Sony a6300)?

    I took my Nikon P60 . It weighs about 600g . Usually it was around my neck all the time so I could take a photo instantly / I have never had a SLR. the lens on mine can take from macro to 60 x zoom so no need for other lenses, I took spare batteries but could recharge via a USB cord .

    yes the tablet is 600 mg but if you read the box it is one tablet every 6 hours . In Aus the dose is 200 mg but you take 2 tablets every 4hours , IT works out to be the same dose over 12hours.

    Ibuprofen, voltaren and aspirin all must be taken with food. This reduces the effect on the gut. But take some ranitidine or similar medication with you just in case .

    In Australia the usual dose of paracetomol is 1000mg ( 2 x500mg ) every 4 hours up to 8 tablets in total in 24 hours. So in france the dose is probably 1 tablet every 4 hours .

    I just booked the bus online 22 euros , but I wanted to get the 10 am bus to have time to have a quick look around Saint Jean and then have time to walk to Orrison that afternoon. so I did not want to miss out on a seat . 22 euro is for my peace of mind .

    I have been training everyday . Hills and over 10 km . I wear only one pair of socks . And have been hiking for many years and only wear one pair. Maybe get rid of the liner pair .

    I find this useful . I will be travelling by myself and I do not want to go to a dirty /unsafe albergue and I do want to go to good ones where the hosts are helpful and nice. So I appreciate that someone goes to the trouble to post this. I thank the person posting this .

    Bringing a camera?

    I last time took a Fuji " bridge type" camera therefore the one lens was good for macro up to 30 x zoom . Now I have got Nikon p610 which goes from macro to 60x zoom and is relatively light . I find a lot of the time it is around my nect to get all those shots which cannot wait .

    my cards from aus have a 4 digit pin. I usually use my 28 degrees card os. I put money in it so I am using my own money so no interest and they do not have an international l conversion fee.
