No beds on the last 100km into Santiago
we are on the portugese coastal starting 25th aug but have booked beds in advance as we did not want to encounter this type of problem. we pilgrims? should just place it in the hands of the lord and believe!- wilfyboy

Camino Ingles - the thought of it feels a little like cheating :)
walked it last august great walk met lots of lovely people, you will be a pilgrim whichever route you take to see st. James. good luck.- wilfyboy

Nordic poles
we used Nordic poles on the Camino Ingles in 2016 and have been using them for a while. the orange coloured feet are hardy and long lasting, if the poles are used correctly they will help maintain correct posture so easing the walk.- wilfyboy

portuguese coastal from baiona
does anyone have route details, walking instructions from baiona to Santiago as we will be walking the portugese route from here in august 2017. i have the csj route but it does not include our start point. any help will be great. thanks to all members for a great site.- wilfyboy
