In 2017 I did Negreia-Muxia in 2 days. It was in the beginning of October and it was very hot. I cartied 15kg.
A couple of weeks ago I did the route in reverse in 2 days, though this year I used luggage transport.
In October 2015 my wife and I did thefirst part of Camino Via de la Plata from Seville to Caceres. During our walk we ran into an Italian film crew several times. Just before we split for the last time I made the attached photo.

You will get lots of rural places. Especially in the southern part. What really amazed med was the change in crops. Just outside Seville we (my wife and I) passed though cotton fields soon to be replaced by orange plantations later on lots of olives and oak forests. We walked in late September...
