When I bought my SIM card there was an outlet as you come off the plane which was much higher priced than the outlet at the subway.

There is a hostel down by the water in Lisbon.
I stayed there for four days and found it quite nice .
They have laundry service, 7€ a roof top patio with an above ground pool and bar.
It is also just a short walk to the main centre.
I would book ahead.
I have done all three and depending on the time of year, if it’s a bed race.
I always started in the second week of September and had no issues with getting a bed, especially on the CP and CN.
Both the CP and CN have beautiful ocean trails.
By far the pastry’s in Portugal are second to none.
