    I feel for you. Have you heard of EFT? It is tapping along the meridian points on your body, may be of benefit for your fear. Might get rid of it....and its non invasive. All the very best...Have a Wonderful Camino!!

    Love your comment! The other item, many were racing on their bicycles ( 6-7+) on the path where pilgrims were walking, contemplating, in their thoughts, caught unaware of wheels coming and taken out of their "moment" and perhaps awakening of an answer.... not fair. Disturbing! Also, it happened...

    so then what is the answer? The accidents I saw drew blood and pain....how can we prevent this from happening? One was of two cyclists on a path with no walkers around. They tumbled upon rocks, needed first aid. Another involved cyclist colliding with a walking pilgrim.

    Saw several bike accidents on the walking trails and personally just about got hit by one biker from behind neglecting to use his bell in advance.

    OUi a la cathedrale de Bayonne. Il y a une table avec a l`arriere de la Cathedrale. Aussi, les peintures on ete tout nettoye recamment. Ils sont bien gentils et avec beaucoup d`informations. Bon Chemin.

    Thank-you. After pressing the send button 2 thoughts came.... Which route is the op planning to walk? And at what time of year? Some are less travelled and perhaps cooler. 2) fleas....perhaps a dog collar that repels fleas or a lavender & tea tree oil spray to repel them? Just a few ideas..

    I for one would love to bring my dogs, but that would mean at least 1 very long flight. When walking the Camino this past year I kept coming across a couple from Belgium with their small dog resembling my small one back home. The joy that little bundle of fur gave me and the wonderful encounters...
