Never having been in that area I have no special knowledge, but does this help at all?

I hope this helps you, Alex. Whether or not your eventual diagnosis is the same as mine was, please do let us all know how you get on and certainly when you are better.
I don't recall trembling before each episode; just feeling faint for 5 or so seconds and sinking almost down to the ground and then immediately regaining strength to stand up again. I was lucky in that eventually my GP gave me a small device to use at home to record my cardiogram on my mobile...
I started (almost ) fainting soon after I finished my 1st camino in 2017. After some weeks of occasionally feeling dizzy and then almost (but not quite) collapsing to the ground and then standing up again almost immediately, it was discovered I had something called pre-syncope when my heart...
This may sound a little O.T.T. but my reply on my last camino was: "gracias y buen camino en su vida tambien". Which translates as: Thank you, buen camino in your life also. It was always received well.

I too am planning a similar walk. Portsmouth to Canterbury; Dover to Calais; Calais through France to the Norte to SdC. Early days yet and I only have a rough plan for next year.
I did the same before the Sureste in 2019. The main Post office was very helpful and they even had various sized boxes for sale to put stuff in if you need it.
For a simple overview of the daily local forecast giving figures and pictorial information I have used XCWeather.co.uk . I used it on holiday in Portugal last year and will use it on my next camino. You put in your current location - e.g. Porto, or Seville or wherever your nearest town is; or...
Yes, Celina. I walked from Seville to Salamanca on the Via de la Plata and then did the Portuguese Camino from Porto to Santiago. I also did the Sureste from Alicante. If you want to do the Frances (the most popular one) then I'm afraid I haven't done that one. Many, many others on this forum...
