Hi, I was looking to have my bags transferred from stop to stop on the Camino Frances but its looking too costly, I was up to 90 Euro and that was only up to 10 days into my walk, Najera!!!... Re-thinking my plans, I'll maybe carry a light-ish back pack and survive on less gear.
Post Camino, I...
HI Kanga. I'm keen to meet with any groups in the inner /west Sydney. I'm preparing to walk the Camino at the end of April 2017 starting from SJDP 30th Ap. Would like to meet others who have walked the 500 miles.
Hi Chris
Which station in Paris do you catch the train to St Jean Pied de Port . I ask as all I could find from my research is that the trains goes to another station called... not sure how to spell it, but something like Bayonne and you need to bus from there to St Jean Pied de Port?? Is there...
Thanks Chris. I love the idea about the train ride.
I have another question to ask the more experienced Camino walkers.... Along the French walk to Santiago how convenient are the toilets... or am I to dig the odd hole????
Hi Everyone,
I'm looking to venture on the Camino walk next April 2017 and maybe start at St Jean (SJPP). I'm travelling from Sydney Australia but not sure which airport is best to get to, Paris and train south or Madrid and train north or Pamploma and bus up to St Jean?
Wow, thanks for all the footwear and feet care tips. I hear the brand keens are a good one for walking anyone use them?
I plan to do "a walk" next May 2017. Still not sure to take the Portuguese route or the French. I'm 61 and reasonably fit. Suggestions on which route to take for a first time...
