SIM card
I bought an Orange Holiday SIM card in Paris January 2018. I reloaded it online from the US in April before returning to Spain for a trip and it worked fine. I recharged it again before returning to Spain again for a September trip. And again before a trip to Germany in December. You can reload...- KarenLW

Spanish SIM Card
I used Orange for the SIM card purchase in France, too. I ended up buying what they call the Holiday plan but it’s renewable online. You can check it out on their website. I think it’s hard to find the choice of language on the website but it’s there!- KarenLW

I bought a SIM card in January Paris on my “yay, retirement trip” and recharged it ONLINE before I went to Barcelona in March. And it worked like a charm - in Spain and in southern France!- KarenLW

Phone service in France and Spain
I go to Barcelona every year and purchase a SIM card from the Orange store that provides more data that I have used yet in a 4 week period.
