SHIRTS. Patagonia makes a long-sleeve Island Hopper shirt. A great cotton-poly blend for fishing. It's cooler than either pure cotton or nylon, dries overnight, +30 SPF and dressy enough that it's now my everyday shirt.

Disappointed with my hiking shoes

I'm a guy with Kermit-style wide and big feet. I feel totally deprived of the fervor of shoe shopping women feel (ok a lot feel), since my choices are so limited. I mean 6eeeeee!? besides New Balance, any other shoe companies come to mind?

You are right. They are re-usable. The best solution seemed to be a glasses-repair mini-screwdriver.

I take pictures of my key docs and save them as JPGs (now use my iPhone too) then email them to myself and save them on the device I want.
