Bringing CBD Oil to Europe in Luggage

Never a good idea to travel internationally with substances of questionable legality, especially one with questionable utility.

    Clinic Bill

Ask via email if you can pay by Apple Cash or other phone payment. Worth a try. Or just mail them euros if you brought some home and the bill isn’t much. Just thinking out lot.

Albergue windows and doors open or closed at night now.

It depends on the sensibilities of others in the albergue. I opened windows by my bunk only to find them closed later in the night. Those times I felt concerned about conditions, when possible, I moved to the common area and slept by myself on a couch. Somehow, in 850 miles, I managed to avoid...

What about Bedbugs? The Myths, the Legends, the Realities

Bedbugs got in my sleeping bag on the Norte. They fed on me the night after that and may have set up housekeeping in the successive hostel. That’s why I try to keep all my stuff, including sleeping bag, as far from the sleeping area as possible.

    Big toe callus

I discovered sandpaper on the Appalachian Trail. Sand off callouses every week or so to avoid pressure points and cracking. Put a little lip gloss or oil on afterwards. Sounds strange, but has worked well for me for 6,000 + miles.

    Walking pains - advice

Poles will take some stress off your legs and feet - I’ve read up to 25% - èspecially helpful on downhills. When chronic pain - more than an hour or two - sets in, I try ibuprofen to avoid swelling (the real problem). Managing pain is like a game of Whack-a-Mole: here today, gone tomorrow only...

Bringing CBD Oil to Europe in Luggage

It’s simple: don’t. Do you really want to trust the wisdom/opinion of strangers on an issue that could land you in jail? If it’s legal in Spain, just buy it there.

    Free medical treatment for pilgrims?

Good luck with "expecting" free medical treatment. Like "expecting" free food or lodging just because one is walking. Good luck.

    Free medical treatment for pilgrims?

Why would anyone expect free medical treatment?

Bringing CBD Oil to Europe in Luggage

Seriously? You would actually consider travel abroad with a cannabis product?
