Walking the Camino with fibromyalgia
Smart, Kati! I've begun working with weights, doing cardio on an elliptical and ergometer and walking our park. Have never felt better! Looking forward to getting my backpack and adding pounds to it, gradually, and will soon start walking hills. We can do this!- j4jan
