Question about food
I walked with a vegan/vegetarian group for a few days and they had no trouble finding reasonably priced meals - they introduced me to veggie paella and it was heavenly! Just practice your Spanish asking for vegetarian options and you’ll find them.- GingerHaddad

Hair
I’m 65 with long straight fine hair. I brought some Bobby pins and before bed put about 5 braids all over, curled them tightly and pinned them. I had waves all the next day, usually up in a buff. Better than lank and stringy...I agree, though, with a short stylish cut right before leaving you...- GingerHaddad

What was the biggest surprise of your Camino?
I noticed that as well - I loved the way families stroll the towns before dinner, stopping at the sidewalk cafes and saying hi to friends. In America now we drive everywhere and at cafes everyone buries their face in their phones🙁- GingerHaddad
