Sorry but it's really not rocket science ie bottled water, beer, coffee, soft drinks, tortilla, Torta de Santiago, bocadillos of all varieties, not to mention fresh fruit such as oranges, apples, bananas (and/or chocolate bars if you want more of a cocoa/sugar hit!).

Hi - if you're lucky enough to be in Scotland, albeit I'm pretty sure they retail across the whole UK, Stoats Porridge Bars are what you should look out for.

Like you guys after two times doing the latter parts of CF 6-7 years ago, it was a case of never again for me! Focussed on the quieter routes ever since and have loved for ex the Camino Ingles, Camino Sanabres/VdlP, and C Fisterra - next will be the Camino Invierno.

Hi - my father can't drink alcohol after heart surgery a few years ago but on the Camino Ingles this year we found that everywhere sold Alcohol Free Beer aka Zero Zero or Sin Alcohol.
He loved it (and now drinks at home here in Scotland) and we even came across it on draft a couple of times...
