I tend to stop every 1.5- 2 hours. Sometimes that may be for 15 mins ot sometimes at a cafe for a coffee which will be a longer stop. Sometimes you feel you don't need it but in my experience your body will perform much better for you as a result of stopping.

I visited Valencia with my husband in April this year and we loved the city. Such an elegant city and such wonderful food and wine. We walked miles exploring the city, climbed towers and enjoyed wonderful people and fabulous food.
I have to say that I prefer to read very little and to go with an open mind. I expect good, I expect to meet lovely people. I expect to have a great experience.
I find reading too much builds expectations.
Hi, I started my Camino experience at Le Puy and walked in sections to Santiago because of life commitments etc. I loved walking in France and on the Via Podenisis, it's actually still my favourite. I would not expect it to be affected by the Holy Year at all though others may have other news...
