Whe I walked the Inglés last September there were a few people using the digital credential. Ftom what I could see you could scan a digital code on the way markers laong the route. So you didn't necessarily need to get them from bars or accommodation.
Be there in three weeks staying in Grasmere 😊. Have beeh over Sticks Pass a few times. We use it as part of a 4 day circular walk from Keswick to Patterdale, Patterdale to Grasmere, Grasmere to Rosthwaite and Rosthwaite to Keswick.
Yesterday was the first day of a week in Dorset. First walk was ftom Lyme Regis to Seaton and back, about 15 miles in total wit lots of ups and downs. Weather was beautiful.
As I've had to cancel my Camino Frances for the second time (rebooking for late may next year). I'm now looking to do the Ingles in late Aug early Sept. Myself and my wife will have had both of our vaccinations by then so hopefully this will be possible.
From the 25th Sept to 7th Oct myself and my wife Helen decided to walk the Coast to Coast. Helen's first time, my third (but first using B&Bs rather than camping). We were very lucky with the weather and only had two days of rain 😊
I decide to walk "The Capital Ring" this week. It's a circular walk around London of about 78 miles. It starts at North Greenwich a circles around at about 4-6 miles from Charing Cross. I split the walk up into five sections so I could complete in a week.
There was road walking through the Basildon area. But by adding on another couple of miles, you could probably get about 90% paths. I use memory map OS version to plot my walks
