My dogs are up for it but i think the people dont want them there
Met a couple walking with a dog last September (Way of Le Puy). The weather was too cold and wet to camp as they had intended and they had to take taxis some distance to gites that would accept the dog. Some people just don't like dogs or are fearful of them. Hiking Poles hand luggage in Planes ?
I didn't even try. Left my poles at home and bought one in Le Puy which saw me through very well. Left it behind. What matters is who is there at security - some people are flexible, some are not, whatever the rules.- Maybee
