Is there an equivalent to Cruz de Ferro on Norte / Primitivo?

Yes, you can see people have made a junk pile in the picture. TaraWalks is only talking about stones like she took the last time. And I’m not suggesting messing with the structure of the ruins. Just thought her mother’s rocks might not want to be near the assorted debris others have left.

    Unusual places to collect sellos/stamps

I stopped at the same lemonade stand! August 2017 between Pamplona and Logroño. On the right as I was climbing on pavement. Seemed like a fancy neighborhood. I don’t remember the cello though. 😉

    Protein bars yes or no?

I've usually been the last guy out of the albergue but this summer my brother came with me and was waking me up at immorally early hours. I was so glad I had caffeine infused breakfast bars to get me through until we got to an open bar for some real food and coffee!

    Fun because off different languages

Last August we were two Spaniards, two Italians, one Argentine, one French and one American (me). Everyone in the group spoke at least two languages but not the same two languages so it was very dynamic and fun!

What I have learnt so far - and I haven't even left yet :-)

I hate to say the same goes for pushing 50. For me it's not a problem accepting that fact as much as it is remembering that fact. I think younger than I walk. ;)

Hiking Quotes - just for fun.

It's basically Tolkien but Led Zeppelin's Over the Hills and Far Away, ... oh darling, darling darling walk a while with me Ohh, you've got so much, so much, so much Bada, bada Many have I loved, and many times been bitten Many times I've gazed along the open road Many times I've lied...
