    Bourbon and cigars

    I am also a bourbon drinker but on the Camino have trended toward beer, wine and Orujo. That said, in any decent sized town you are likely to be able to find bourbon in a hotel bar. I am starting my next Camino on April 3 and will report back on Bourbon on the Camino :cool:

    First, I would not worry about two stamps per day after walking that distance. That said, I finished on the Camino Invierno this Summer and there were plenty of places to get stamps the entire way.

    3 to 4 mph (5 to 6.5 kph), 6-8 hours per day. The variation is dependent on terrain, weather and route. Some Camino's like Frances there are frequent accommodations. The VdlP not so much.

    Regret, imo, is wasted energy. You can not change your decision and you will never know if the outcome would have been better. Living in the present is the way to go.

    I think 50 Euros a day will be more than adequate. Seventy euro's a day seems unrealistic too me unless you are staying in hotels. I would argue you could not spend 70 euros a day in most towns, on the Frances, unless you were buying my drinks^^.
