Restaurant recommendations between Santo Domingo and Belorado?

If I don't stop in Zubiri, What do you recommend?
If you'd like to venture out of the hotel in Burguete for a meal, Txiki Polit across the street is excellent. Only open for lunch, but coming from Borda, you could arrive in time!- Hannah Peregrina
