For October 2021 I was able to book Casa Navarro via booking.com. It was very pleasant. The only downside was no specific facility to wash laundry other than the sink in the room.
Stayed at Casa Barbadelo somewhat by accident in 2017. We were lucky to get a shared room without a reservation. This trio you’d better get a reservation. I have one in the bunk room for my small group and it took me numerous tries to arrange it.

Have you tried all those listed on Gronze.com? I hear you have better luck with direct contact via email. I have booked ahead every hostel, but have had to juggle quite a few as plans changed.
It may be coincidence but one of my booking.com reservations was cancelled yesterday also (Casa Lixa Hotel Rural Albergue). Luckily I was able to find a replacement booking. It’s a bit tough finding economical accommodations in some of the towns.
