Did you hear the story about the American Pilgrim....
...who had his appendix out in Pamplona? We started on April 11 in SJPP, and walked to Orison. Folks in SJPP said that it was too dangerous to go over the Pyrenees route, but we had already made our reservation and the albergue owner said he would drive us around to Valcarlos if we wanted. I am walking starting at SJPD April 10. I have been told to expect 5 days or so of rain every week during April/May. I hope the positive reports here are more correct. I am taking my Packa rainjacket/pack cover for hiking. Still debating whether or not I need rain pants since the Packa goes...- redhat
