Need to skip a section between Tui and Redondela -- Where?
Avoids the walk along the industrial park on the way into Porrino, which was tolerable but not inspirational. The camino from Porrino to Redondela includes walking along the heights and through woods which I enjoyed. The walk up to the heights is a bit steep and will get your heart pumping, so...- Pinzi

Temperatures in the Fall
My brother and I walked from Tui to Santiago between 23-28 Sept last year. I was able to walk in shorts and a tea-shirt every day. In the morning and evenings it was a bit cool (high 40s - low 50s F). A light jacket/windbreaker that we could take off was all that we needed to be comfortable...- Pinzi

Those of You Who Started at Tui....
My brother and I took the train from Santiago to Tui. We stayed overnight in Santiago, and caught the 6:17 AM Spanish train to Vigo (Guixan). Then in Vigo caught the 9:20 AM Portuguese train from Vigo to Tui. Because train systems are different (Spanish/Portuguese) we could not by a single...- Pinzi
