Cheers Sharon... I appreciate the reply... your comments regarding the pre-Porto sections of the Brierley guide are interesting. Temperature-wise, it's not really a prob... not to say that 40C is comfortable, but the Plata was quite similar, and I survived :D . My inquiry remains that of...- bd250
