Hey if you have not picked somewhere to stay try Donamaria. Stayed here a few times now. Not the cheapest spot but one of the best. Great host Jean Francois. Amazing breakfast. Just a great atmosphere right by river. Has a pool if weather is good.

I agree for an inspirational experience cut down to Oviedo and try the Primitvo. Norte is incredible but pilgrims make up a small proportion of the people transiting through the northern cities. On the Primitvo this reverses. Oviedo is a great city.
