Hi, I've never done it but I've been told that you can get inexpensive flights from Santiago to Madrid to you may want to compare the train cost to the flight. I think RyanAir has flights for under $70. Buen Camino, Carolann- willysmom

The good news is that I'm not a vegetarian. I think the buzz word for people like me is pescatarian as I don't eat meat but I do eat some fish (also eggs and dairy).
