We have open boaders here under the Schengen Agreement and not because france and Spain are in the EU as the UK don't have open boaders except the Irish bit, mainland UK being an island still has boader control. :)- Tuesday Wildchild

Attacked by dog at Biduedo (about 6.5 K before Triacastela)
This will almost certainly encourage the dog and give it more reason to bite as it sees the stick as an attack. Best thing is to stand still, no eye to eye contact, folding your arms can be very effective whilst turning your back. Waving arms/sticks and shouting are not the smart thing.- Tuesday Wildchild
