Sounds like a great recovery but I’m a bit confused. You were all on a Delta flight, right? Delayed out of Seattle. Why were the other Delta passengers scrambling? Why didn’t Delta take care of them? Why didn’t a new boarding pass pop up on their cell phones?- Constantine
