A taxi will cost you approx. € 150,--.
Why not stay in Pamplona today? It is such a nice city for a Sunday afternoon and you can just walk through Pamplona when you are there again walking the Camino, it will save you time then.
Tomorrow you can take the Alsa bus at 12am to SJPdP, costs € 22,--.
In my memory the coach to Bayonne stops very near to the exit of the airport.
Keep in mind that Biarritz airport is a very small airport.
Hotel Cote Basque is indeed a very good place; great breakfast!
Don't need to book the train to SJPdP in advance, but for your own convenience: get a...
You can also book a ticket on Flixbus from Bordeaux to Bayonne. The busstop is in Bordeaux next to the trainstation.
The busstop in Bayonne is a 10 minutes walk tot the trainstation.
Apart from the train question: are you aware of the fact that starting September 1st is the busiest period of the year? It will be difficult to find a bed in the 'bottleneck' between Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port ans Pamplona unless you make reservations! Much better to start two weeks later.
There are several (cheap) Flixbusses available from Paris to Bayonne today at 11am, 3 pm, 9.30pm, 10.15pm, 11.15pm and after midnight 1.50am and 2.25am. All buses are nearly full, so get your ticket asap...
I tried to make a reservation on April 5th, 1 adult, pick up in Pamplona at 3 pm and saw no problem at all.
You click on the yellow 'start reservation' button, in the next page you enter the details of your ride (pick-up time, location and drop-off location, one way, 1 adult), then you click...
There is not such a thing as a 'full' Camino. There are many Caminos starting in many places all over Europe.
Some people from the Netherlands - where I live - start their Camino from home. And Spanish people for example would never start their Camino in France ....
Any Camino can start anywhere!
Why don't you start your Camino from Pamplona if you are on such a tight schedule?
And furthermore: keep in mind that the Semana Santa (Holy Week) is one of the busiest periods of the year as Spanish and French people have a few days off and walk a part of the Camino during that long weekend...
Last year on April 16th and again on November 5th (when we had closed the big albergue) I paid € 48,00. The taxidriver who took me from Roncesvalles to SJPdP that day told me this was his last week, end of season, holidays. Express Bourricot (the backpack transport and also taxi services) had...
This is the most common way and it works in the whole Camino Frances. It gives you the freedom to decide, day by day, whether you want your luggage transported or not and if so, to which place/albergue. If you need a short day the next day, or if you are in a condition to walk a long day, it's...
You can take the TGV (fast train) from Paris to Bayonne and from Bayonne the local train to SJPdP. For this train you can buy tickets at the vending machine at Bayonne.
From SJPdP to Orisson/Roncesvalles: Express Bourricot, their office is 31, Rue de la Citadelle, next to the Bureau des Pèlerins in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port.
From Roncesvalles: Jacotrans. You ask for their envelope in the albergue, you put the money in it (for example: Roncesvalles-Zubiri is €...
You mean luggage transport? That is dependent on the distance you want to send your pack, i.e. on the distance you can walk every day. In every albergue you can ask what the price is for sending your luggage forward. For example: in Roncesvalles the price for a backpack to Burguete is € 3,-- (3...
The daily bus from Pamplona to Roncesvalles costs € 4,85. Departure daily at 2 pm, on Saturdays at 4 pm, no bus on Sundays.

You can find an exact trainschedule on www.rome2rio.com, including prices, timetable and how to buy your tickets.
In short: you'll have to take a train to the station Paris Montparnasse. From there you take the TGV (Train Grande Vitesse, fast train) to Bayonne, and from Bayonne to SJPdP you...
