Advice,,, Madrid Airport to Madrid Train Station
Same here last September (2021). I took the yellow bus mentioned by Henrythedog above. The train from Atocha to Zaragoza was high-speed, but the connection from Zaragoza to Pamplona was not - don't know if that's still the case.- Rmarkob

I took the bus on 20 September last year, and it was full. I doubt the route would be canceled 21 September based on seasonal usage. Traveling from Barcelona to SJPdP by Train
I took the bus from Pamplona to SJPP in September 2021, and there was no requirement for the EU COVID Passport.
