The Pamplona taxi company does offer service to Saint Jean. About 95€ in daytime, 125€ at night/ late evening. They are not cheap, but I was very happy with their service - reliable an I had a very nice driver. taxipamplona.es- hueppi

Is Madrid to SJPdP Possible in One Day
I have a connecting flight from Madrid to Pamplona in the afternoon late April. From there I will opt for a taxi. Maximum fee, if I have to go by myself, is like 92 €. Best destinations to/from Camino Frances from New York
Have you checked out Iberia connections? They give you nearly the same price for any Spanish city. You could fly into Pamplona or Bilbao and out of Santiago for instance.- hueppi

Help! How do I get to Madrid to St. Jean
I am flying into Pamplona as with Iberia that is nearly the same price as Madrid. The Pamplona taxi service does offer transport to Sean Jean. But it is not cheap - 92 €. Apparently they offer also shared taxis for pilgrims. Not sure if this works though. http://www.taxipamplona.com/- hueppi
