I have the last few times flown from Dublin to Paris ,spent the day sightseeing and got the night train to Bayonne and then the bus to SJPP and had plenty of daylight to walk to Valcarlos ( winter walking)- teaccam

Train Paris to SJPdP in January
If you go to Capitaine train you can type in Paris Austerlitz to SJPdP and there are up to 4 trains /day. The night train runs 4 nights / week as far as i remember, I am thinking of getting it in February and stopping off in Lourdes for about 8 hours on the way- teaccam
