    Sorry but this is not true. People who book in advance don't diminish the number of beds that are available. Many albergues, like municipales, don't accept reservations. If many pilgrims make reservations the number of available beds in these albergues will be higher.

    I stayed in this hostal 3 years ago. It is, in my memory, about 1 - 2 km from the coast. To avoid backtracking we tried to take a shortcut by "strolling through the bushes" which was not easy. Perhaps there is a better way
