I sent a medium size suitcase to Ivar from San Sebastián in May this year through the post office. I used the instructions provided by Ivar. Went without a hitch and cost 28€.
I am walking the Norte at the moment and have just arrived in Bolivar . Albergue s are open but everything is full including hotels, Casa Rural etc if you haven’t booked there is no rooms/ beds available .

I always think it’s difficult to skip parts of a walk because I feel cheated. I loved Norte and would be happy to meet and discuss options I also live in Tassie.
Absolute rubbish. I walked the Norte from Irun to Santiago and only drank tap water never had an issue. Just wonder what trouble making the French pilgrims were up to.
I walked Norte from Irun to SDC in September/October 2017 and everything was open. Loved the walk and loved the scenery buses readily available along the coast.
Absolutely agree. Did the climb into Noja today and the surface is now slippery clay. We saw many people cut to ribbons from falling into the the shrubs and rocks.
