Due to some personal commitments I am unable to start walking the Plata until October 12th. I am curious as to what the weather will be the first couple of weeks in November. Mainly what to expect north of Salamanca.

The middle, you mentioned, may be the Norte. Not as crowded as the Frances, the distances are manageable, good accommodations (sometimes not in a albergue) and diverse scenery.
