    You can get travel insurance right now. Alberta Blue Cross offers it as well as CAA according to others. A few insurance companies have decided that they won't wait for the "non-essential" to be lifted.

    If you read the article, it tells you exactly the information that will be on the certificate. Name, dosing, where given etc. etc.

    It is going to be digital so that would make it a much quicker turnaround. Can't remember where I read it but they will be using the ARRCAN app or something similar so most of the work is already done. We shall see. Only time will tell.

    You have done everything a person can to be safe. Buen Camino. I will be on the Portuguese Coastal in Sept/Oct and will be doing what you are doing albeit maybe not with N95 or protective glasses.
