I find it interesting and amusing the way some of these posts take many twists and turns before the moderators step in. I hope it continues even though I don't have an elephant, only cows and sheep.
Thanks for this post. I find these buildings fascinating as well as beautiful. When you think about the tools and technology that existed in these times it just highlights how talented and dedicated these people were. Given the time taken to build them, maybe Australia will have some showpieces...
Coming from a country that has only had European settlement for 200 years, I find this topic very enlightening. I have nothing constructive to add, but be assured that I am following it with great interest. Keep the photos coming so that I know what to look out for on my next visit.
