Hiking poles vs. walking stick
Just ordered an anti shock trekking pole online from EBay. It is a single pole, telescopic with a spring built in to cushion the impact. Cost was $10.28 incl shipping from Hong Kong. I thought it was worth trying it out before walking the camino- BCRockies
