    Oh, and in O'Cebrero the bunks are set up so that you might be next to complete stranger. But no issues, just more memories. It's the Camino.

    Last time I was at O'Cebrero, there was no shower curtain on any of the cubicles or curtains over the window, side on to the showers. But by that time, I'd dealt with a lot of things that I had earlier thought important re: privacy.

    I think that's a bit of the uncertainty of the Camino. Last year was seasonally very hot for months whereas I've read that only s few years ago, maybe 2012/13 , it was snowing in May.

    We did that in Madrid in 2011. I simply google translated message and copied it into an email directly to the hotel that I'd chosen. I asked if they would store the bag (described the size) and if so the cost. They replied yes, for free.
