    Consider a secondary purpose of a towel as a privacy screen hanging from the top bunk. Go bigger!

    I erred! It is 27 inches (69 cms) by 58 inches (148 cms) !! I will try fix the original post. It is quite big.

    Buen Camino! I walked the Camino Frances last year in April and May. I experienced both types of rainfall. And snow. My regret is not having rain pants. That and a good rain jacket will do more good than a bivy tent. Avoid extra weight. Blessings on your pilgrimage
