Indeed, Grousedoctor says the essentials. I would add : do NOT take anything sentimental with you which you would not easily part with. I trained with 6kgs in a 40 litre Osprey but left with at least 7kgs in it. Too heavy ! And i yad to pay extra to get it in the cabin with me. By the time i had...- Jaujauzimbo
