Keen sandals and orthotic insoles
Keens are good. I guess it is just whether you want the closed toe and open heel (Newports) or Closed heel (the Arroya ) But you can do a strip of that double sided tape and run it right along the footpad.- John Briscoe

How big is your pack?
Ok start with my Go to pack is a Deuter 60 +10 litre . I am happy with the extra space and I am strong enough to carry it without much trouble.
