Running Tights & Leggings
Athleta (and other brands) have a "two-in-one" which is running tights with an attached short skirt (goes to upper thigh, covers your bum nicely). I wore mine on the Ingles last year and felt perfectly modest, even if the shirt I was wearing wasn't hip-length.- La Rubia
