    Computer access along the Frances.

There are still places with a computer and Internet access on the CF. For sure, one in SJPdP at the shop Direction Compostelle and one in Lorca at the Albergue. Certainly in some others places to! I'm thinking big cities, but there may still be accommodations where it's available...

Craziest thing you've seen someone bring on Camino

I saw a woman with high heels, and she was walking with them. I remember I was half-shocked half-in awe... Maybe it's worth saying it was after Sarria? ;)

    Importance of weight

The 10% rule makes sense if applied to a health body weight. Otherwise it means the heavier the body, the heavier the "allowed" weigh of the pack will be. Which is completely silly... But even then it's only an indication. Being overweight means that whatever the weight of the pack is, it will...

    Women & Men's walking poles

I'll take plush. Just for the sound of it because really, it's so much more fun and class to say "My poles have plushy handles". Compare it to "They have corky handles" or "They have polyethyleneterephthalaty handles" That's why they have women's poles. :D:p

    Women & Men's walking poles

... Blue for men and pink for women? :D Where did you see this nice marketing stuff?

    Osprey Sirius 36 or 50l?

The bigger the liters, the bigger the amount of stuff you'll be tempted to stuff in ;) A great advise is to take the fear to lack of [...] out of the 50L one... and 36L may become way enough! What is certain is that whichever you chose, the 36L will be too big by the time you'll reach Santiago...

    Hiking dresses?

I wear a sarong... Actually, I usually have 2 or 3 of them :) More as a skirt when I walk, as a dress at the stage. And it has 1001 others uses... Love it!

    Is tipping required in Spain?

Tipping is not required in Spain (neither is it in France, btw), unlike Northern-America. Service is included in your note. Opposed to an obligation, it's more like a donation that comes from the heart: people tip if they had positive experience, related to the bar/waiter/food/service/... Just...

    What backpack did you use?

Hi! :)I own a Golite Jam2 I got 5 years ago. I love it! Not made anymore, but has little brothers ans sisters. It's a light backpack (~1 lb 6), designed for a light backpacking hiking-style (goal=the lighter the better): very simple features, few and minimal straps, almost no back pad/frame...

    Poncho Tent

Hi Jill, what you're planning really sounds nice! :) Your poncho looks a lot bigger than mine... Must be my eyes because our mats should to be pretty much the same. No problem to sleep without walls as I'm concerned, or even without roof! I like it better this way, so it works for me. I...
