I used WisePilgrim (both for the online map and finding hostels/albergues to book), WhatsApp for texting the for room reservations, the Gronze web site for route planning and accommodation recommendations, and sometimes booking.com (only if I had trouble booking directly). I also used maps.me...
I wore silk liner socks under lightweight Merino wool socks (got both at REI in the states.)
Worked great for me, no blisters other than a couple where my toes rub. I put a bandaid on those and then started rubbing Foot Glide between my toes. Worked great walking in low cut Merrill Moab II...
Another recommendation for the Sea-to-Summit dry bags. The compressed down nicely and remained sealed until I unrolled the tops! Work great to both compress and keep things dry.
Reebok runner boxer briefs worked for me. I brought 3 pairs for my camino. Wicking, quick dry, prevents chaffing on my thighs.
After my walk, I bought a bunch more and tossed all my cotten underwear. They are now my every day underwear shorts...
I walked with a "belt wallet" that looped on my belt and then tucked inside my pants/shorts. It carried passport, cards, id, and cash. Plus a separate zippered pouch that I used for coins.

I walked Sept 23 till Nov 2nd 2022. I wore shorts exclusively until Astorga and lightweight quick dry hiking pants after that on colder wet days.
Did not get any day long rainy days until after Ponferrada. I wore a rain poncho with my shorts/pants.
Realize the poncho is mostly to keep...
I took a universal power adaptor, using just the European prongs, with a single USB-C fast charger port and two USB-A ports.
I carried a large external battery pack, android phone with USB-C and a Hearing Aid recharging pack micro-USB. The hearing aid recharger also has a built-in battery that...
I wore Reebok performance boxer briefs last year on the camino. I had previously used them while jogging.
Worked so well on the camino, I bought a bunch more when I got home and now wear them as my every day shorts.
Here they are...
That is what happens when you USB connect to a device that is playing by protocol rules. Hackers ignore the rules.

I will echo the data security concern with charging on USB port. You do not know what is behind the port, if it is not your own AC-to-USB adaptor. You are opening your cell phone to potential unwanted software down loads.
You can safely charge your passive external battery on it, but you...
I used a Sea-to-Summit SIL daypack ( https://seatosummit.com/products/ultra-sil-day-pack ), similar to what you posted. It only carried extra-clothing (poncho, rain hat, vest, etc..) and snacks for the days walk.
I also wore a waist pack/belt that holds two 1-liter water bottles and had...
I carried something like this last Fall on the Camino Francés. Smaller, two USB-A ports and one USB-C. Charged my phone, external battery and hearing aids off a single adapter.
Worked great.

I could never get the helper function to work.
Instead I typed my question in English, then translated to Spanish with Google Translate.
I cut-n-pasted the Spanish into my WhatsApp message below my English text. The Albergue/Hostel received both versions of my request.
That always worked for me.
Something I did not realize right away with Gronze. When you are on a "stage page", with towns listed in order on the stage. The town names are all HTML URL links, that will take you to a detailed page on that town. It includes a zoomed in map of the town, with the camino route through town...
