    I carry a couple of emergency ponchos. The little plastic ones from walmart for 1$ super light works great in a pinch.

    All Trails App

    Try Trailsmart. U can buy offline maps if you so choose. It works in airplane mode. It lists accommodations. Stores pharmacies etc... Also it has albergues hotels with phone numbers addresses etc... And it shows you where you are on the trail and it also list alternatives routes.

    After you get your inserts go to REI or the Good feet store. They will help you make the best decision for your situation. REI will even let you return your shoes after you have worn them if they dont work out for you.

    Bedbug repellent sprays?

    I use natural oils. Peppermint lemongrass and witch hazel. I put it in a small pump sprayer. I spray my gear and myself. So far no issues on 7 Caminos. Bonus it smells nice!!!😂😂😂

    Who is your provider? I have Sprint and my texting and data were free and call were free as well if they were to another Sprint phone. But since the data was free I mainly used WhatsApp
