Hippocrates used wine as an antiseptic, diuretic and sedative so if it was good enough for him it will be good enough for you, plus you have all bases covered then :D
Look out for me!!! Typical pilgrim tan, blonde hair, shorts, black top and hopefully back on my feet after five days in a wheelchair so will be taking it very slow. Turtle comes to mind. :)
